Consumer information, including email addresses and phone numbers, is used for the purpose of communicating with customers via email or SMS text messages regarding restaurant and reservation information and/or restaurant policies. Job applicants can expect to receive information about application status, onboarding materials, or other employment-related updates.
In addition we use consumer information to understand your needs, continually improve the service we
offer and, in particular, for the following reasons:
• internal recordkeeping, including processing tables and reservations
• to send emails or text messages about events, special offers or other information which we think
you may find interesting or to notify you about changes or updates to any of our services
• to respond to correspondence from you and to investigate complaints, queries, safety or security
incidents to ensure we provide the best customer service
• to provide essential detection and prevention of fraud, theft and other criminal activities and to
comply with our legal, regulatory and compliance obligations
Customers may opt-in to receive SMS messages from MainRo verbally, during a conversation. Customers can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. SMS/text messages and email messaging frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. You may receive up to 3 SMS per week related to your reservation. Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier's pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.
